In this article, we will learn how to pray Laylatul Qadr prayer properly to attain the blessings and divine rewards that come only once a year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Laylatul Qadr Meaning<\/b><\/h2>\n

Allah describes Laylatul Qadr in the Quran: “The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.” (Quran 97:3-4)<\/span><\/p>\n

This night is equivalent to<\/span> 83 years of worship<\/b>, and it was on this night that the Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How to Pray Laylatul Qadr?<\/b><\/h2>\n

A Muslim can perform Laylatul Qadr prayer at home or in the mosque. The best time to begin is after Isha prayer, continuing until Fajr.<\/span><\/p>\n

The prayer is performed in sets of two rakats, with a focus on long recitations, deep reflection, and heartfelt supplication.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Prophet (peace be upon him) prayed eleven or thirteen rakats in Ramadan, but the companions also prayed twenty rakats.<\/span><\/p>\n

Laylatul Qadr Prayer Rakats<\/b><\/h2>\n

Because of the sanctity of this night, all good deeds are multiplied. A believer can pray as many voluntary rakats as they wish, but the minimum is two rakats.<\/span><\/p>\n

To follow the Sunnah: <\/span>Pray eight rakats, followed by three rakats of Witr. <\/b>It is also permissible to pray twenty rakats, as the companions did.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>“The Prophet did not pray more, in Ramadan or at any other time, than eleven rakats. He would pray four, and not ask how beautiful and long they were.
